extract/import a save file into/from a folder (aka RAW saves)

It looks like this is not supported currently, but it would be useful to have for savegame hacking and for use with PCSX2 Folder Memory Cards.

Example usage:

./PS2SaveUtility GTA3.cbs -e [optional output folder]
./PS2SaveUtility GTA3\ -i GTA3.psu

EDIT: added request for import as well.
