Give user a second chance to unlock with TPM if the USB drive is not inserted. #2
Description
If the USB drive is not inserted during boot the user will be asked for their passphrase. It would be nice if tpm2_encrypt gave them time to insert the drive in the case that it isn't automatically found on the first attempt.
