feat: add support or template support for additional compilers

It would be convenient to add new compilers to the toolbox, things like gcc, swift, someone was mentioning go, zig.

Is there a way to create a generic template that can be easily adapted for new tools and contributed back?

There are probably edge cases where a template wouldn't work, but I can imagine that we can cover a lot of ground, together with reading the existing code.

Feel free to close this if it is not relevant or if I did not search enough in the existing code 😅

I just ran a discover --all and I have interesting (some unexpected) finds:

• swift, test, package, build
• sqlite3 (not sure if we can really do something about sqlite outputs)
• /bin/bash -c, git -c, python3 << that could be an uphill battle to tame what are adhoc scripts
