Explore removing duplicated votes/CVars

• sv_ag_oldphysics already controls bunnyhop, no need to add another vote like mp_bunnyhop (even if it's meaning is more clear).
• ag_gaussfix already controls self-gauss, no need for the player to know about mp_selfgauss vote.
