Error: TAR_BAD_ARCHIVE: Unrecognized archive format

Hi, I am trying to run my host application but I get an error when trying to download the dts.tgz file.

Hi @Eduardo-Salatiel , thanks for reporting this. How did you create microfrontendTemplate-dts.tgz? It turns out it cannot be unzipped as the error message says TAR_BAD_ARCHIVE. Could you verify if you can manually unzip this file?

@ruanyl manually I can unzip, I am creating microfrontendTemplate-dts.tgz in the root of the project, I don't know if this is the right place to serve this file and from the remote access it at http://localhost:3001/microfrontTemplate-dts.tgz.

with this script generate the microfrontendTemplate-dts.tgz

@Eduardo-Salatiel the screenshot tells the downloaded zip file is saved to

cv-mf-container/types/microfrontendTemplate-dts.tgz

Have you checked that file?

@ruanyl saves it in that directory but cannot be unzipped

@Eduardo-Salatiel as you can see the file is not a valid ARCHIVE and the file content is text which is the html.
You would need to move the *.gz file to the webpack dev-server static folder, which I assume is the public folder as I can see it on the screenshot, please check your dev-server configuration.
