[REQUEST] cli option status

new runtipi-cli option "status".

> sudo ./runtipi-cli status

> tipi is running
> Visit http://192.168.8.1:80 to access the dashboard  

> tipi is not running

I was looking for something similar, there is runtipi-cli debug and at the bottom there is the container status table.

for now, this is what I'm looking at - most of the time:

$ docker ps --filter=name=runtipi '--format=table {{ .Names }}\t{{ .Status }}'
NAMES                   STATUS
runtipi-reverse-proxy   Up 2 days
runtipi                 Up 2 days (healthy)
runtipi-db              Up 2 days (healthy)

I want to see those (healthy) string on runtipi and runtipi-db
