Feature Request: Use user provided code-signing keys for installers

We have our own code signing system and have our own validated certificate through Azure Artifact Signing and we'd prefer to use these keys instead of Purslane's.

There were some red flags raised that the keys are controlled/registered to a non NA/EU company, but it would be easier if the signing of the executable was a configurable option or able to be integrated into an existing pipeline.
