How-to: dotnet and openSUSE Tumbleweed #139

Hi!
With a recent and updated openSUSE Tumbleweed installation, the Python GUI installer fails (on my system) when trying to detect or install the dotnet packages. I tried the binaries, other installations - but they wouldn't work either. In the end, it's just a simple install via opi and the Python GUI installer installs Affinity fine 🎉 Maybe this could be added to the docs or prerequisites.
sudo zypper in opi
opi dotnet
Do not keep the repo when your are asked - but keep any keys, for vscode if you have that installed!
That's it. Afterwards just run the GUI installer 💯
