Bulk download does not work

When I try to bulk download images, I get the following error:

Oops!
We can't seem to find the page you're looking for.

You will be redirected to the [homepage](https://web.syncaware.com/) in 4 seconds

Also when I download individual images, the spinner keeps spinning even after the download is finished

Thanks for reporting. We're not supporting bulk download over web client, since this require zipping the outputting files on the front-end which we haven't implemented yet. There is a roadmap item though: https://syncaware.canny.io/feature-requests/p/web-client-add-downloaddownload-alldelete-options

Regarding download of the individual images. Does it mean you click on the file/image first, then use the download icon (arrow) in the top right panel? What browser are you using?
