Scaling of the form/UI

Describe the bug
Scaling on a high resolution monitor makes the app look tiny

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. launch on windows w/ high res monitor
2. See screenshot

Expected behavior
app is visible and can be used without using the zoom accessibility feature

• OS: [e.g. Windows 7, Windows 10, Plan 9]

Please attach your logfile (lifx-control-panel.log)

have tried a temporary workaround but that has some drawbacks as well (notice the bottom of the app).
