Create satellite database

• Import initial satellite data from Jonathan space report, Union of Concerned Scientists, SpaceX API, or others. Find acceptable API.
• Create script to update database every day
• Create backend admin to modify database using nicer UI. Possibly using flask admin, or starlette-admin.
• Use postgres full text search to search for satellites
• Add autocomplete with full text search for satellites on home page

Also query space-track for new satellites added to NORAD database in last 24 hours. Add them to the database. Then fill in satellite details from other sources.

Also need downlink and uplink frequencies if available.
