Corrected Accessibility Inspector v2

First time posting on GitHub

I had a few bugs trying to run Accessibility.Inspector.v2 (Accessibility.Inspector.v1 run fine out of the box)

So I corrected a few things it was some issues du to 32/64 conflicts, using #If Win64 instead of #If VBA7 for example
TreeControl was not present in the usf and also created a new cFieldControl class to deal with other issues

Works fine on my side now (they maybe other issues depending on local context I only corrected what was blocking me)

I appreciate wanting to help, but I'm not going to be downloading an arbitrary binary from someone. Can you list the lines of code you changed and the modules they fall under?
