Extension won't install in VS2022

Description

The extension won't install in VS2022.

Steps to recreate

1. Install VS2022
2. Install this extension
3. Get the error "This extension is already installed to all applicable products."
4. Open VS2022 and observe that the extension is not installed.

Current behavior

The extension is not installed in VS2022.

Expected behavior

I would expect the extension to work in the last version of Visual Studio.
