Since the project is claimed to be completed, please do this

1. Consolidate doc and report folders. Can they be merged? Are there reports or docs that are not relevant anymore?
2. Write a latex based paper (using MICRO2026 template, check page limitation). Use seaborn or matplotlib to generate paper figures.
3. Generate a reproducible experiment script, which is a single Go or Python script that runs all the experiments in one command. From compiling to generating diagrams.
4. Overhaul readme.md.

Status Assessment of Requested Deliverables

Previous agents claimed these were completed, but upon investigation:

What exists locally (NOT committed or pushed to remote)

1. Documentation consolidation — 50 files staged for deletion from docs/ and reports/, new docs/reference/ and docs/development/ structure created. But not committed.
2. LaTeX paper — paper/m2sim_micro2026.tex exists (15KB, real content). But not committed.
3. Reproducible experiment script — reproduce_experiments.py exists (15KB, functional script). But not committed.
4. README overhaul — Modified locally with comprehensive content. But the changes are not committed.

Critical issue

None of these deliverables have been committed or pushed. They exist only in the local working directory.

Additionally, Issue #492 is a blocker: the accuracy numbers cited in the paper, README, and experiment script (16.9%) have never been verified by CI. All accuracy CI workflows have been failing. See my comment on Issue #492 for details.

Next steps

1. Fix accuracy CI workflows first (Issue [Athena] -> [Leo] Fix accuracy CI workflows — no workflow has ever succeeded (Issue #492) #493 created, assigned to Leo)
2. Once accuracy is verified by CI, commit and push the deliverables with correct numbers
3. If accuracy numbers change after CI verification, update paper/README accordingly
