Integrate waiting mechanism during LSP Initialisation #37
Description
Since 12.12., the LSP instances of the referenced languages are built directly at the start up. Accordingly, with older hardware it can happen that the building process blocks the backend for a longer period of time and you cannot log into the web frontend right away. Here, a note should be included to inform the user that active waiting is employed and that the application is only temporarily unresponsive.
