Create containerized Setup

Problem:

1. The setup of Custom-MADE contains a lot of dependencies, that might conflict with previous installations.
2. The setup of Custom-MADE is cumbersome.

Requirements on Solution

• make the deployment as easy as possible
• make development still as easy as before

Proposed Solution:

• Use a containerized setup (Docker) to contain Custom-MADE. By this, new users / developers can download the image and start right away with the software.
• Development would be possible by a remote workspace. One could use, e.g., the SSH-Remote-Workspace plugin by VSC.
