Are figures on windows interactive by default? #516

From the output of this weekly windows test: https://github.com/scipp/essreflectometry/actions/runs/21345805198/job/61433034189,
it would seem that the figures are interactive on windows by default.
The job fails because ipywidgets is not in the list of dependencies.
We have a logic for determining if an interactive backend is currently being used or not here.
This is probably failing on windows. I need to get hold of a windows machine to try it out...
