Assess Carbon Trust regression for fixed line impact

See if Carbon Trust / DIMPACT number for fixed line is more reasonable than ours (and/or pull the regression into our model). "I’ve just gone back and checked the 0.0065kWh/GB number for fixed line networks that you mentioned in an email a while back. Based on our modelling, we’re currently using this number as a regression from the Aslan (2018) study. This was published in the Carbon Trust White Paper on video streaming."
