[BUG] RoR2 Mod Manager

Describe the bug
RoR2 Mod Manager stop functioning at step 3. Noting is clickable and it freezes, never finalizing mods installation

To Reproduce
All the times

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Chose mods to install via the RoR2 manager link to Thunderstore
2. Confirm the changes
3. Go to step 3 to finalize - Freezes all the time

Expected behavior
Step 3 is supposed to confirm the successful installation or un-installation of mods

I've seen this message in the ModManager Console repeated multiple times
