Redo dropdown so it's easier to find languages

The current language dropdown works great for the relatively small amount of languages we support right now, but if we get too many more, it might become harder to find the language a user wants. Maybe making the list scrollable somehow?

Hey, I forked the repository and made the dropdown-menu with html5 tags like and types like "search".
It works fine and I set English to default language.
This only thing I couldn't do is to submit the value the the javascript file to get the text in the chosen language ...
May somebody help me? ^-^

@Smrman Looks like something might be broken with the hashing system. (on the SDS repository, not your's) I'll take a look when I have more time.

You have to enhance it much more. It is way to glitchy. It takes a couple clicks to load the dropdown.
