Sketch panel won't scroll during drag and drop

This was shown to me by another SeaSketch user over screenshare. What she experiences is when she's trying to drag and drop a sketch, the panel won't scroll. She's on a macbook using Chrome Version 137.0.7151.56 (Official Build) (arm64). I recommended she updates chrome / tries another browser in the meantime if it works. This was on the SeaSketch California project.

This is working fine for me in Chrome 1.37. It is a small target for triggering scrolling though. Probably only 5-10px tall. Could that be the issue?

I thought that as well, but she's just responded that she can drag and scroll on Safari, just not on Chrome.
