Subject: [PATCH] Remove non-quoting quotation marks, add hyphens for
 hyphenated words

Also rephrased
"the web-based open source LIMS Bika" to
"Bika, the web-based open source LIMS". I think that's clearer for
people who aren't already familiar with Bika.
