Cannot find module "@babel/runtime/helpers/interopRequireDefault"

Brainstorm

Going to start with wiping the PTOC n_m directory and lock file. Wondering if I removed a critical dependency for the build process. Since I'm testing the build file locally (via "start" script) it should be working when downloading from NPM

Oh. Think the answer might be that I had @babel/runtime in dev, when it needs to be in prod.
