A tracking a flutter

A tracking in a flutter should cause v pacing at rate of P waves (up to upper limit rate). Right now it doesn’t appear to be tracking the p waves if the p waves are very fast (>260) (they’re sensed, but v is not accordingly paced)

Guessing that AV interval is not shortening with rate? So AVtimer doesn’t expire before the next A is sensed.
