Ventricle and atria ought to have a refractory period where any extra stimulus has no effect. What's the physiologic refractory period?

Physiologic refractory is around 200ms (limits max heart rate to 300 bpm)

I think I fixed it. However, a-flutter seems to break with rates >350 now
