allow concurrent rhythm issues #44
Description
Not all rhythm options should be mutually exclusive. For instance, atrial fibrillation and complete heart block are not mutually exclusive.
Should develop a system to enable concurrent rhythm issues.
- perhaps a checkbox system, where you start checking things, and then mutually exclusive options get greyed out until you uncheck the other option
Mutually Exclusive
- Normal sinus rhythm and almost everything (except ectopy)
- The AV blocks are mutually exclusive with the other AV blocks (e.g. can't have CHB and Mobitz II or I)
- A fib and flutter are mutually exclusive
- junctional escape and ventricular escape are mutually exclusive with each other and with every other rhythm (except ectopy)
Notably NOT mutually exclusive
- Ectopy can be overlayed onto any other rhythm
- except: PAC's should not conduct in CHB
- Complete heart block and a-fib/flutter are compatible ("regularized a-fib")
