Flutter SDK 3.16.x
Get it from Flutter SDK archive and follow their guide.
Android Studio
Install using JetBrains Toolbox or do it manually.

Dev problems

Device selector is gone or missing entries:

Close project, delete the .idea directory, and reopen.

Android build fails:
