fix links in sr_robot_commander README #167
Description
The 3 links in the sr_robot_commander README do not work (404 error), if they were changed to point to the correct files, this would break readthedocs. The decision has been made to sacrifice the links on github and keep it working in readthedocs, but we should investigate if it is possible to have both working
