robot urdf and open_ai_assets inconsistency #839

Hi shadow-robot developers,
I found the file shadow_hand_right.urdf parameters here are inconsistent with the robot hand assets in open_ai_assets/hand file here. to be more specific, joint (2 6 22) direction are wrong, the size parameters of the hand are different as well. Please provide official support for this issue, thanks.
