.gorom.db: open .gorom.db: operation not supported

Got this error by doing a scan once, then I drilled into a rom that was supposed to be good but was being reported as corrupted. I tried to rescan and and got the error .gorom.db: open .gorom.db: operation not supported

Operating system? File listing? Steps to reproduce? That's an operating system error when trying to open the file so I would have to know the details about the file and operating system.
