Errors with `silverfin create-account-template --all`

Describe the bug
Two current issues with the create-account-template --all command:

1. Receive the following error when running
   

2. Based on the name of the account rather than ID (can be an issue in development environments where the live and development version of the code will have the same name)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the command create-account-template --all in a development firm

Expected behavior
The command runs without error and uses ID rather than names
