I had an idea for an option to dump C64/1541 memory as a .txt file in the style of the debug window.
Example --
0d6a a0 00 ldy #$00
0d6c 84 52 sty $52
0d6e 20 cc 0d jsr $0dcc
0d71 29 b6 and #$b6
0d73 85 fa sta $fa
I've been using this program to follow assembly trying to learn different GCR decoding routines of various copy protections for use in my own program (ReMaster) that can output working G64 images of heavily copy-protected games. Currently, I have to dump the RAM to a binary file, copy the section I need to another file, add the start address and export as a .PRG file, then open it in DirMaster to analyse and annotate.
Direct dump to .txt file would be a huge help, although, maybe not that useful for the majority of users.
