The Word document containing the additional module documentation has a couple of minor issues.

- Required field text examples (9, page 2) have no closing
</p>tag - Dutch translation should be (I'm told) "*verplicht veld" instead of "*zorg voor waarde must"
The Online Designer instructions are also not clear in relation to survey completion text. How is one to specify survey completion text for a particular survey? Is there a variable name pattern to use similar to survey_text_[form name] for survey instructions?
