Problems with piping function in REDCap LTS 10.6.6

Since upgrading to the latest REDCap LTS 10.6.6, there is now a problem where the `piping` function used within multilingual sometimes replaces the pipes with the value of another field rather than its label. It seems that this `piping` function is now redundant, since the piping receivers in the translated questions are already populated before multilingual places them into the page.
