Multilingual translation not working for Save and Return Later page

Hello.

I have enabled the multilingual module and input the translations for the Save and Return Later page, but it does not seem to be translating the page. The other sections / buttons are working great, its just the S&R page. The instructions say to select the language in the Survey Settings, but I do not see any option to make this selection. My project has several surveys that are using this module.
