Improve credential errors

Improve the errors when AWS Credentials are not working.

In more details:

• Add a way to self diagnose the problem (e.g. a link to the AWS documentation, project's own documentation, etc.)
• Add a way to raise the issue. (e.g. a button that creates github issues with prefilled form with the error.)
