Input l with Chandrabindu

There is no way to input an l with a candrabindu above as needed for the sandhi in
tān + lokān = tāll̃okān.

I tried to modify your map-file, but I found no way to get the following o in the correct form. I get ताँओकान्, which is obviously wrong.

I've added the line
'l' U+0303 / _ [rMedVow] <> U+0932 U+0901
and inserted 
'l U+0303' into the rCons class.
