building error in endeavoros

Steps I've taken to to fix this issue:

'git clone --recursive https://github.com/sonicnext-dev/MarathonRecomp' instead of just 'git clone https://github.com/sonicnext-dev/MarathonRecomp'
for arch: 'sudo pacman -Syu --needed base-devel git curl zip unzip tar cmake ninja lld clang gtk3' instead of the recommended dependencies. (probably the same command for Endeavour OS.)
And from then on I followed the instructions- it seemed to work for me after all that.
Finially, cd into '~/MarathonRecomp/out/build/linux-release/MarathonRecomp' and use 'chmod +x MarathonRecomp' (or where ever you set the finial compdir (where the application is in) to be.)

Extra notes:
The flatpak version has an error where it tries to install all its dependencies using the --user argument. Installing the flatpaks without --user works fine but with --user appended to it, it says it doesn't exist.

Hi! So I had the same error, but I just found a solution. You should start from the beginning of the build process. Install the dependencies listed there and also the ones @EvalynStanley mentioned. You will also need to install Perl IPC Cmd, Perl FindBin and llvm.

I beleive the arch packages are this: "perl-ipc-cmd", "perl-findbin" and "llvm", but I'm not sure. You should look into it.

EDIT: Also you may want to install before building if you don't have them already "libasound-0.2-dev", "libpulse-dev" and "libpipewire-0.3-dev" or it won't have sound.
