Elegant method to delay link re-processing #3
Description
Currently, the linkbots just chuck a url back onto the queue. If the url was visited recently (and a delay is required), the linkbot pulls off the message, realises we need to delay and puts it to the back of the queue again.
Rinse & repeat. It'll work, but it's a wee bitty horrid.
