Plans calculated between 00:00 and 00:30 use yesterday's Solcast forecast values #3330

Describe the bug
Yesterday's Solcast forecast values used for plans calculated between 00:00 and 00:30.
(I'm using the HA Solcast integration.)
For any plans (or 'Compare' runs) between 00:00 and 00:30, the Solcast forecast for the preceding day is used, instead of the one for the day ahead.
Before 00:00 -- it correctly uses solcast_pv_forecast_forecast_tomorrow for the following day, when planning the following day.
Between 00:00 and 00:30 -- it uses /yesterday's/ value of solcast_pv_forecast_forecast_today (the value it had at e.g. 23:59)
After 00:30 -- it uses the correct values from solcast_pv_forecast_forecast_today
According to HA, solcast_pv_forecast_forecast_today updates at 00:00:00.
Expected behaviour
The forecast for the current day should be updated to match solcast_pv_forecast_forecast_today at midnight, rather than being updated half an hour later.

- GivEnergy Gen 3 5kW hybrid inverter + 9.5kWh Gen 3 battery
- GivTCP v3.2
- Standard HAOS installer
Log file
If I download predbat.log in the morning, the lines from midnight have already gone.
But, I can copy-paste relevant lines from the Log tab -- before midnight the total forecast was 7.25 - 2.4 = 4.85kWh, following the profile of solcast_pv_forecast_forecast_tomorrow:

After midnight it dropped to 3.54kWh, following the profile of solcast_pv_forecast_forecast_today the day before (i.e. the values it held just prior to midnight):
