CFW VSH Menu not Controllable, Softlocks System

If I pull open the VSH menu in the ARK-4 CFW by hitting Select in the XMB, the VSH menu appears, but no controller inputs are registered. I am forced to hard power the system in order to regain control as the VSH menu persists through sleeping it by turning off the controller.

I am using PSP Bluetooth-2.3.2, a DualShock 4 controller (with working inputs in games and the XMB), and ARK-4 r150.
