Thanks Lynn! Were you thinking this would be in the README.md (similar to like https://github.com/danielecook/Awesome-Bioinformatics) or would this actually be one of the closing sections of the guide? I'm guessing the later, but just want to clarify.

well - I wasn't sure that you were looking to add this sort of info at all, so that would be my first question. Second question, would be that IF you were open to taking such additions, where would you like me to PR? Sorry I wasn't clearer on my request. Also, thanks for your team's great work on your guide - very helpful!
