Support for oklch format

Would we be able to have the oklch format as an option in the dropdown?

I like the idea, but... I don't understand oklch. And I'm a bit worried that including other colour spaces might introduce situations where you can pick a colour which is expressible in oklch and isn't in rgb or something and I don't know what to do about that. So, I'm interested in the idea of adding more modern colour spaces to Pick, I just don't know how to do it, so if someone were to contribute that change I'd certainly look favourably on it.

I added a PR for it. PR

I moved the "conversion" methods into a separate file to keep the UI stuff separate from them. You'll noticed I added a new option for oklch. It only converts the RGB already found into it's oklch equivalent, so we avoid the issue of oklch to rgb
