Numba Supports NumPy >= 2.0, STUMPY 1.14.1 Release

With numba now adding support for numpy >= 2.0, we have applied successful stumpy fixes resulting from deprecated numpy functionality, which had caused breaking changes. Everything is good nowAs a result, when numba has a new release, we should also release stumpy version 1.15.0

1. MAJOR version when you make incompatible API changes
2. MINOR version when you add functionality in a backward compatible manner
3. PATCH version when you make backward compatible bug fixes

but I guess you already knew this :)

I think the only concern is that this isn't necessarily a "bug" (i.e., it's not an error in our code but a deprecation in somebody else's code). Having said that, it's certainly not "new functionality". So, I think I just need to swallow my pride and make it a patch, move on, and stop over thinking it. I can feel it now after seeing the added label bug! There should have been a way to indicate "proactive maintenance" 🔥
