Non-existing (or non accessible) website mentioned in Certificate Profile for Central Signing Services

Hello, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the website https://id.elegnamnden.se/ mentioned in document **08 - Certificate Profile for Central Signing Services.md** does not exist or cannot be accessed. This is quite disconcerting  for a website that's supposed to be the place where a Name Registration Authority can be consulted.
