"Unused elements detected" when translating page with "Connected mode"

Typo3 v13.4.5
Bootstrap: 5.3.21

When i translate page content in "Connected mode" (German -> English) then i get unused elements in the new language.

For example i have:
Container Element -> 2 Columns -> in there for example Text and Header

The Text and Header elements then are listed in the footer of the page as "unused elements".

The elements are in both languages in the same colPos:

Some more facts:

• In frontend i can see them in both languages in the correct column.
• I can see the unused element in backend also in the 2 column element, additionally at the bottom as unused (so it is displayed twice)
• And when i delete the "unused element" in backend in second language (English) then it also is not visible any longer on frontend.

Has it to do with something like that which is missing for column elements?

When i use copy mode for translation everything is fine.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce your problem, it works as expected for me.
Tested with: TYPO3 v13.4.8 and EXT:t3sbootstrap v5.3.22

I have no idea what the issue can be here, unfortunately. In log i can see a lot of deprecation notices in deprecation log. But no error in typo3.log

MAYBE: There is a new bugfix release for EXT:container v3.1.6 - have you installed them?

Just to be sure we are talking about the same "test" :-) - i have the 2 column container in a container. Like so:

(And i have that because of the background-color i need for a whole section of the page)

IMHO this can only be a bug in the EXT:container
Have you read the docu?
Supports multilingualism (connected or free mode (mixed mode not supported))

Yes, i saw that it supports multilanguage in documentation. So from that perspective it should work.

Should i open a issue there you mean?

I also updated to the latest version of EXT:container as you suggested, but the issue is still there (also updated t3sb to latest).
