t3sbs with SiteSets

The documentation lacks a little bit of description how to use t3sbootstrap with SiteSets. Latest versions of t3sbootstrap support modern SiteSets. As long as the extension has no settings.definition.yaml-file, it's hard to configure constants.

Apart form that it is a bit confusing that the constants show up in the TypoScript-Modul Constant Editor even if t3sbs static templates are not included via TypoScript-Moludle, the constants show up in the Constant Editor.
