Add Handling of 2D/3D Experiments #2
Description
Current topspin_to_python only can handle 1D experiments. 2D/3D experiments should be supported, however to do it in a proper OO manner some layout changes may be needed. I also don't know how they are stored by Topspin at the moment (ie. file layouts). So I will need to learn that before continuing.
