Focus lost from Address/Filter bar when moving mouse pointer to outside of toolbar( or TE window)

This issue has been occurred since 25.5.9 due to the patch Bar Focus #832.

STR:

1. Install latest TE
2. Start TE
3. Click on Address bar or Filter bar to focus the input field.
4. Move mouse pointer to outside of toolbar or TE window.

Actual results:
The focus has lost the input field.

Expected results:
The focus must not leave the input field until the Enter key is pressed.

Use the patched version to solve the problem:

1. Install a new copy of TE250608.
2. Delete the addons folder from the new copy.
3. Copy addons and config (and icons, if any) folders from your current TE to the new copy.
4. Run Patch.cmd or PatchAdd.cmd on the new copy.
