Trouble Building Bare Metal Headplane

I am trying to build the bare-metal version as I will be running it in a VM for a bit more isolation

I am sure I probably missed a step... What do I need to do to get the react-router command installed? Here is where I am at:

You followed an AI recommendation for how to install node and pnpm on your distro. Use the official install instructions from https://nodejs.org/en/download and/or https://pnpm.io/installation instead. Yes, I know these are not from official package managers and use the crappy curl -> sh install method but it works and your are building this in a VM or isolated system anyway right? and you are installing them only for the headplane user right?
